We have special expertise in the area of Talent Search. We have been identifying resources for our overseas customers including USA and UK since 1999.
It usually takes a fortnight to a month depending on the skill set required to get the required resources on board and completed the below mentioned process.
- Creating Job Profile in conjunction with the client
- Short listing & Screening Candidates. Their Telephonic communication skills are also checked.
- If found suitable, proceed for HR Round which includes Aptitude Test, Soft Skills and Technical Written Test
- Technical Round covers a technical round with the project manager and technical members of the team. We encourage our customers to be involved in the hiring process so they get what they want and know their team. A video conference or telephonic conference calls are arranged with the customer.
- Once everything goes well and the candidate has accepted the offer their References are checked.
