We use In house developed tools (Generating reports like Effort Variance, SPI, CPI) in conjunction with MS PROJECT and MS Excel are used for tracking of the project progress and smallest of the activity. Timesheets are logged (which are also made available to customer for projects based on time and material structure). During the course of the project customers are also provided access to our Action Tracker using which they can track various actions /issues or defects. The Action Tracker also provides reports like BMI and % Delinquent.
