In this model FDSC sets up an ODC, launches and maintains the offshore operations till a certain point.  It is then transferred to the customer and the customer takes over the business operations.

Process Outsourcing

The model as explained above can also be envisioned or evolve into an outsourced offshore process using FDSC experience. Outsourcing a process offshore involves the transfer of new or existing organizational function / process to FDSC in India.
