Solution Description

Automated Clearing House is a web based ACH processing software solution, enabling the company to process payments electronically.

ACH solution processes a single transaction to a number of transactions . The transactions can be from an XML file also called as the company external file (CEF File) or created Manually from within the system.

ACH processing solution uses the NACHA file format to create the ACH files. The software also allows the company to download the ACH file and transmit the same to a banking institution for further processing. The system creates the required offset transactions based on the business rules and settlement dates and adds them to the ACH file automatically.

In addition to sending transactions as part of the ACH file the processing system allows the company to track the ACH files, batches and transactions within the file. The system also caters to returned transactions and allows the company to represent the transaction as per the business rules set in the application.
